Contemporary Custom Toronto Home
In the trendy neighbourhood of Yonge & Lawrence, a 2,500 square foot custom home designed by Richard Librach Architect and built by Eurodale Developments Inc replaced a tired single family home for the owners of the property. A tight lot was maximized with large windows and outdoor patio spaces, connecting the interior with the exterior.

Modern Custom Home
In Willowdale, North Toronto, a 3,500 square foot modern custom home was designed and built by Eurodale Developments Inc. This home, equipped with a central light well extending from the roof to the basement, complete with a garden at the lower level, floods the entire home with light.

Infill Custom Home
In Lawrence Manor, tucked between two post-war era homes, this new 2,200 sqft home is an example of intensification of the City, making use of the property's great proximity to transit and local amenities. Achieved by severing a lot and retaining the original home, this project made great use of unused lot area.

National Award Winning Renovation
In High Park, a century home underwent a complete gut renovation, including underpinning, updating mechanical, electrical and plumbing, as well as building envelope systems to bring it up to today's standards. A new two storey addition and a new third floor expanded the home to create the space needed for the growing family. CHBA awarded it Best Renovation in Canada over $500k for that year.

Toronto Award Winning Renovation
In Lawrence Manor, an 800 sqft post-war bungalow was gutted and topped up and expanded to create a 2,500 sqft home. Front and rear porches, a new garage and landscape works complete this total transformation, creating a refuge in the City for the owners. BILD awarded it Best Renovation $300-$500k for that year.

Complete Home Upgrade
Located in Bedford Park, Toronto, using the House as a System (HAAS) design approach, this home was updated in all features and facets. Upgrades in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as well as changes in ceiling heights and total square footage transformed a 1930's two storey home into one fit to withstand the next 100 years and future proofed against rising utility costs for the new owners.

Award Winning Condo Renovation
Originally built in 1999, this suburban 2,000 sqft 3-bedroom condo was gutted and converted into a 2-bedroom home with Eurodale Developments creating an open concept, turn-key solution for the clients, sourcing every detail from the finishes, to the furnishings and even the art work. BILD awarded it the Best Condo renovation of the year.

Our Process
We are often asked the question of where should one start - with a builder, or a designer? The short answer is neither. Every project needs to first have a properly structured game plan so the homeowner, the designer and the builder are all aligned on the end goal. It guides the whole process. Get prepared, let's start your game plan!
PLAN
Discuss your vision, and current housing pain points. Take stock of existing site and structure features to best assess what budget impacting elements may be present. Chart permit and approval courses, preliminary budgets for design and construction, then timelines for the build. Align the goals and document the collective commitments.
DESIGN
Survey the existing lot and house, and investigate the potential constraints. Collect and share ideabooks for design influences. Start with rough sketch ideas, develop CAD floorplans and elevations and tie back to budgets. Engineer and apply for permits and approvals, then develop finish schedules for the interior and exterior to drive the final build cost.
BUILD
With approvals in hand, and a crew pre-scheduled for your project, your field and office management team undertake the execution of the initial vision. The Lead carpenter is your daily site contact, backed by a Project Manager and Office Manager to track the details from commencement, through completion and post project support.
