PLAN
Take stock of existing conditions, your vision and create initial budgets. document collective project commitments, set time courses and research property restrictions.

DESIGN
Surveys, as-built drawings, sketches and Cad plans, with an update to budgets to ensure project alignment with the planning phase. optional building modeling available.

APPROVALS
We can facilitate zoning review, committee of adjustment, omb or lab, and other potential regulatory approvals (ie forestry, trca, transportation, etc), engineering for structural and mechanical approvals.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Our optional in-house interior design services help streamline and simplify the selection and layout process, or we can work from your own designs or a third party – the choice is yours.

BUILD
professional project management solutions with both in office and in field on site management systems, weekly written project reporting and scheduling, with a dedicated lead carpenter on each renovation and addition project ensures smooth execution of the plan.
